Michael grew up alongside a close-knit group of friends who spent their time exploring the woods and mountains close to his home. He discovered filmmaking while shooting his brother snowboarding and his curiosity for the format quickly evolved. He is drawn to naturalistic and associative images, and loves to work on story driven pieces.
